Friends, Ellipticals, Blenders and SNOW!!!!!!

~Ryan and Eve~
Stephen and I met up with Ryan and Eve a couple of weeks ago at Chili's to visit!!! We had such a great time!!!

My dearest darling putting together our new elliptical. It took nearly 6 evenings to put it together! I am so thankful to have a husband who has patience with these sort of projects!!!!

~Tedious directions~

Have you ever seen a blender look like this before???

One may guess what my initial reaction was, but I decided to enjoy the moment and take a picture (which as usual helped calm the nerves)!

Several weekends ago, Stephen surprised me by taking me out on a "date" to a George Winston concert!!!!!! It was so much fun being with Stephen, listening to music, sharing our thoughts on the performance and the style, technique etc.!!!!!!! I have been blessed with such a wonderful man!!!!!

And now.......let the snow pictures begin!!!!

This is what one of our cars looked like Saturday morning. And this was just the beginning!

It was so nice to be snowed in and not have to go anywhere or do anything but just be together!!!!

In the afternoon Stephen braved the cold and measured how much snow we had. By early afternoon we had 15 inches!!!!!

Brrrrr....

The next day we had to clean off all of the snow on our cars

Snow, more snow and pile it up snow! (sort of a movie quote) :)

You can see Stephen just peeking over the top of the snow! Stephen worked so hard to clean off the cars and plow our long driveway!!!!

That is all for now!!!! Will post more pictures soon!

I don't think my patience could've lasted through 6 evenings! I probably would've tried pulling an all-nighter just to get it together :)

  3. I love the blender picture... Yes, I've seen it many times before (some of our dish dryers/put-awayers would put the glass piece of the blender in place, attached to the bottom with no seal or blade! Smoothies are very messy things to clean up... I hope you could smile as you cleaned up your mess!
